How and when will I receive my Something for You Goods credits?

Only paid members will receive two $5 credits during their membership period. The date that you'll receive your credits depends on the date that you entered into a paid Perks membership, as outlined below. Your $5 credits will be sent to the email address tied to your Perks account and are subject to 6-month expiration.

If you entered into a paid Perks membership between December 31 and March 29, you would receive your $5 credits on April 1 and October 1.

If you entered into a paid Perks membership between March 30 and June 29, you would receive your $5 credits on July 1 and January 1.

If you entered into a paid Perks membership between June 30 and September 29, you would receive your $5 credits on October 1 and April 1.

If you entered into a paid Perks membership between September 30 and December 30, you would receive your $5 credits on January 1 and July 1.

Are there any restrictions on the free shipping benefit? Does it apply to all items and orders?

Free standard (typically 3-5 day) shipping applies to all orders shipped to a US address (including Alaska and Hawaii). This includes all items, big and small. Perks benefits currently apply to standard shipping speeds only.

What is Better to Give?

Our Better to Give program supports causes we believe in, helping non-profit and community organizations impact our community in a positive way. With every purchase you make, we're proud to donate $1 to a Better to Give partner of your choice, at no cost to you. You can make your partner selection at checkout. How do I cancel my membership? What is the refund policy?

To cancel your Perks membership, log in to your Something for You Goods account and go to your Perks Account Page. You can also email Customer Service at perks@somethingforyou01.com. We'll fully refund your membership fee if you cancel within 30 days of signing up and have not placed any orders using your Perks shipping benefits.

Will my annual membership be renewed automatically?

Your membership is automatically set to renew 12 months after you enter into a paid membership, and we'll send you a reminder prior to renewal. You can cancel your membership or turn off auto-renewal at any time by logging in and going to your Perks Account Page.

What personal information is required to sign up for Something for You Perks?

To join Something for You Perks, you will need to have an account with Something for You Goods and provide the following information: name, email address, billing address, and method of payment. For purposes of administering the Perks program, this information will be used to provide program benefits and/or communicate with you about the Perks program.
